Custom & Bulk Orders
Teamwear, corporate merch, and special projects.
Minimum order: 50 units per style & colour (most projects start at $2,000+ CAD). Standard lead time is 3–5 weeks from approved artwork (allow 4–6 weeks in peak seasons). Rush options may be available.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred (high-res PNG/SVG may also work for some methods). We’ll share digital proofs to confirm placements, sizes, and colours before production.
- Deposit: 50% to start; balance due before pickup/shipping.
- Change requests: After proof approval may incur fees and extend timelines.
- Over/under runs: Industry tolerance ±5% may occur; invoiced accordingly.
- Rush & split shipments: Available where possible; quoted case-by-case.
Yes — blank size-sets (deposit required, credited on order) or paid decorated pre-production samples can be arranged.
Yes — Pantone matching is available for screen print and embroidery. Share your Pantone (PMS) spot colours and we’ll proof before production.
By submitting artwork, you confirm you have rights to use it. We can’t produce trademarked content without permission.
Yes — we store setups for 12 months for easy reorders; minimal reset fees may apply after that.
Yes — split shipments and multi-address distribution are available and quoted case-by-case.
Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Calgary, Alberta.
We deliver across Canada with free standard shipping.
U.S. and international shipping is available at carrier-calculated rates at checkout.
Orders leave our warehouse in 4–6 business days. Typical transit times: 2–6 business days within Canada; 4–10 business days to the U.S. Remote/rural areas may take longer.
Yes — we offer free standard shipping across Canada. U.S. and international orders are charged at checkout based on carrier rates.
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise shown at checkout. We currently ship Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
Yes — Express (Canada) for CA$25 where available. Not available for most PO Boxes or some remote areas.
Free standard shipping covers most Canadian orders. Exceptions may apply for oversized/overweight items, remote/air-stage postal codes, address corrections/redirects once in transit, or refused/undeliverable parcels. We’ll contact you for approval first.
Yes — PO Boxes ship via Canada Post. Express is typically not available. If a courier method is selected, we may request a street address.
Include your apt/unit number, buzzer code, and any access notes (concierge, gate code, safe-drop permission) to avoid delays.
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it — reach out ASAP. If it’s in transit, we can request a reroute/intercept; carrier fees may apply.
Local Pickup: Free pickup 10:00am–4:00pm at 1212 34 Ave SE, Bay 130, Calgary, Alberta. Bring your order confirmation and ID.
Local Delivery: Available within Calgary city limits and shown at checkout; fulfilled like standard tracked parcels.
Signature: Not required by default. Request it before shipping (fees may apply). Safe-drop available on request.
Attempts: Most couriers attempt delivery 1–3 times and may hold at a pickup point for 5–7 days.
We process Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and weekends). Current processing time: 4–6 business days. During peak seasons, allow an extra 1–3 business days for processing and transit.
Missing: Check with neighbours/household and parcel lockers/concierge. If not found within 24–48 hours, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Lost/Damaged: If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days or item arrived damaged, email us (photos helpful) within 7–15 days and we’ll resolve it with the carrier.
To speed delivery, we may ship from multiple locations or split pre-sale and in-stock items. If you want in-stock items now, we can split early: CA$10 within Canada; U.S./International split shipping is charged at carrier rates.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors/hair, with original tags attached. Use original packaging if possible.
Returns using our prepaid label include a fee of CA$15 (Canada) or US$20 (U.S.), deducted from your refund.
Yes. Size/colour exchanges are free with our label (subject to stock). Store-credit returns are free. Refunds to original payment use the fee above.
Start a return online with your order number and email. You’ll see eligible items, fees, and label options.
Refunds are processed 3–5 business days after your return is delivered and inspected. Your bank may take additional time to post funds.
Final sale: Clearance items marked final sale, custom-made items, gift cards, and intimate/hygiene items (e.g., face masks, socks/underwear) are not returnable unless defective.
Email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
Yes — returns are available for store credit with the gift order number or the purchaser’s name/email.
If an item is marked down within 7 days of purchase, we’ll issue a one-time discount code for the price difference that can be used on your next purchase. Excludes final sale and limited drops.
We can’t accept worn or washed items unless there’s a manufacturing defect. See defect support above for help.
Sizing & Fit
Find your fit with size charts, fit notes, and tips.
Check the size chart on each product. If you’re between sizes: size up for relaxed, size down for closer fit. Need help? Message us your height/weight/fit preference.
Most pieces are a true-to-size unisex fit unless noted. Product pages call out relaxed, oversized, or tailored fits.
Sizes vary by style; many products run XS–5XL. Check the product page for exact availability and sign up for size alerts if your size is out of stock.
Yes — our size guide shows measurements and model references to help you decide quickly on mobile.
Use a soft tape: chest (fullest), waist (natural), hips (fullest). Compare to the chart on each product page.
We don’t tailor in-house, but our size ranges cover most bodies. Email us your height/weight/fit preference and we’ll recommend a size.
Product Care
Keep your Canadian-made garments looking great.
Turn inside out. Machine wash cold with like colours. Avoid fabric softeners/bleach. Lay flat to dry (or tumble low). Cool iron inside-out if needed; do not iron decoration.
Minimal shrinkage with cold wash and low/air dry. High heat can cause more shrink — follow the care tag for best results.
Treat stains quickly with a gentle detergent. For pilling, use a fabric shaver and avoid abrasion (like rough bag interiors).
Wash inside-out, cold. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Tumble low or air dry. Do not iron decoration — use a press cloth on low if needed.
Wool: Hand-wash cold, lay flat. Down: Front-load washer, low heat with dryer balls. Heavyweight fleece: Wash cold, lay flat to maintain shape.
If a manufacturing issue appears within 90 days, we’ll repair or replace it after review. Email photos and your order number to get started.
Orders & Tracking
Order changes, tracking updates, and stock status.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account anytime.
We move fast. If your order hasn’t entered fulfillment, we’ll do our best to update items/address or cancel. Please reach out within 60 minutes for the best chance to catch it.
Pre-sale items usually ship within 4–8 weeks after the pre-sale closes, unless a specific window is shown on the product page. If you also bought in-stock items, we can split shipments (see Shipping Q14).
Use the “Notify me when back” button on the product page for size-specific alerts the moment we restock.
If neither order has entered fulfillment, yes — we’ll combine them. If already packed, they’ll ship separately.
Message us within 60 minutes and we’ll do our best before it’s picked. If it’s too late, you can exchange once it arrives.
We answer emails Mon–Fri, 10:00am–4:00pm MT, usually within 1–2 business days.
Payment & Promos
Accepted payments, gift cards, discounts, and taxes.
Major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay/Google Pay, PayPal, and Local Laundry gift cards. Shop Pay Installments may appear on eligible orders at checkout.
Promo codes don’t stack unless noted. Gift cards can be used with a promo code.
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations. International duties/taxes are not included unless shown at checkout.
Orders process in CAD. Your bank handles any currency conversion and fees.
Not usually. Exclusions are listed on the promo and product pages. Gift cards can be used with one promo code.
Local Laundry gift cards never expire and can be combined with one promo code at checkout.
Payment is taken at checkout to reserve your spot in the production run.
Sustainability & Manufacturing

Our core apparel is proudly made in Canada with Canadian partners. For special collaborations and accessories, the product page lists the country of origin and materials.
We publish material and country-of-origin details on product pages and summarize our approach on our sustainability page. For privacy/commercial reasons we don’t list full supplier addresses publicly, but required information appears on commercial invoices.
We prioritize Canadian mills/makers and aim for materials that meet recognized standards (e.g., OEKO-TEX where applicable). Details are listed on each product page.
Yes — our mailers and boxes are recyclable. Please reuse or recycle where facilities exist.
We’re exploring options. For now, donate wearable items locally — email us for recommended partners.
