What is a Pre‑sale?
Pre‑sale items are made‑to‑order or produced in a limited run. Purchasing during a pre‑sale reserves your item in our production queue.
- Clearly marked: Product pages display a pre‑sale badge and estimated ship window.
- Limited quantities: Sizes may sell out before production starts.
Timeline

Payment
- Charged at checkout: Payment is captured immediately to reserve your place in the production run.
- Installments (Shop Pay) may be offered on eligible orders by the lender at checkout.
- Prices include applicable taxes at checkout; duties for international orders are typically DDU unless shown otherwise.

Status Updates
- Order confirmation is emailed right away.
- We’ll email noteworthy updates if timelines shift.
- Tracking arrives once your order ships.

Split Shipments
If you buy in‑stock and pre‑sale items together, we can ship the in‑stock items first.
- Within Canada: Split early for CA$10.
- U.S./International: Charged at carrier rates.
Contact us with your order number if you want to split.
Changes & Cancellations
- Act fast: If production hasn’t started, we’ll try to cancel or edit your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
- Address or size changes are best requested within 60 minutes of purchase.
- If your order is already in transit, options may include exchange after delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
- Pre‑sale items follow our standard Returns Policy unless marked final sale on the product page.
- Exchanges for size/colour are free with our label (subject to stock). Store‑credit returns are free. Refunds to original payment use our standard label fee.
Delays & Changes to ETA
Occasionally, fabric supply, holiday closures, or carrier disruptions can shift timelines. If the estimated window changes materially, we’ll notify you and offer options.
- Options may include waiting for the new ETA, changing size/colour (if available), or cancelling for a refund.
Mixed Carts (Pre‑sale + In‑stock)
- By default, your order ships when all items are ready.
