Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors/hair, with original tags attached. Use original packaging if possible.
Returns using our prepaid label include a fee of CA$15 (Canada) or US$20 (U.S.), deducted from your refund.
Yes. You can exchange your item instead of getting a refund.
Your return method determines the fee:
- In-Store Exchange/Return: Exchanges (for size/colour) or returns for store credit are **FREE** when completed in person at one of our locations.

Shipped Exchange/Return (Using Our Label):
- **Exchanges/Store Credit:** A $15 return fee will apply to cover shipping and handling.
- **Refunds to Original Payment:** A $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
(All exchanges are subject to stock availability.)
Start a return online with your order number and email. You’ll see eligible items, fees, and label options.
Refunds are processed 3–5 business days after your return is delivered and inspected. Your bank may take additional time to post funds.
Final sale: clearance items marked final sale, custom-made items, gift cards, and intimate/hygiene items (e.g., face masks, socks/underwear) are not returnable unless defective.
Email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
Yes — returns are available for store credit with the gift order number or the purchaser’s name/email.
If an item is marked down within 7 days of purchase, we’ll issue a one-time store credit for the difference. Excludes final sale and limited drops.
We can’t accept worn or washed items unless there’s a manufacturing defect. See defect support above for help.
