Love this hat! I live in Calgary and went to the warehouse/store to pick it up. The staff there were super friendly. I’m in Mexico at the moment and have had lots of people admire and ask about it.

The Perfect Everyday Hat

This hat is the perfect staple! The quality is amazing.

Not a good choice for big heads

The hat looks great but it's too tight across my forehead regardless of the adjustment at the back. It presses so hard that it leaves a welt after less than a minute of wearing it. I asked them before purchasing if it was good for big heads and they said it was. I really wish I could wear it, since it was awfully expensive.

I'm so sorry you had this experience with our hat. I've got the world's biggest head and these hats typically fit me no problem. I wonder if you you may have gotten a smaller one by accident. Happy to issue a complete refund to you. We'd love to get this hat back and take a look at it to see what the issue may have been.
