Shipping policy
Origin & Coverage
We ship from Calgary, Alberta. We deliver across Canada with free standard shipping. U.S. and international shipping are available at carrier-calculated rates at checkout.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Current processing time is 4–6 business days. During peak seasons, please allow an extra 1–3 business days for processing and transit.
Transit Times
- Canada: typically 2–6 business days after fulfillment
- United States: typically 4–10 business days after fulfillment
- Remote/rural areas may take longer
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard (Canada): Free on most orders
- Express (Canada): CA$25 where available (not available to PO Boxes or certain remote areas)
- U.S. & International: Carrier-calculated rates at checkout
Exceptions may apply for oversized items, remote/air-stage postal codes, or address corrections once in transit. We’ll contact you for approval if extra charges apply.
Duties & Taxes (Outside Canada)
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees charged by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and these fees are the customer’s responsibility.
PO Boxes & Address Tips
- PO Boxes ship via Canada Post; Express service is not available.
- Please include apartment/unit numbers, buzzer codes, or access notes to avoid delays.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address—contact us right away. If it’s already in transit, we can request a reroute/intercept and carrier fees may apply.
Local Pickup & Local Delivery (Calgary)
- Local Pickup: Free pickup between 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at 1212 34 Ave SE, Bay 130, Calgary, AB. Please bring your order confirmation and ID.
- Local Delivery: Available within Calgary city limits and shown at checkout; fulfilled like standard tracked parcels.
Split Shipments & Presales
To speed up delivery, we may ship from multiple locations or split presale and in-stock items. If you’d like in-stock items shipped ahead of presale items, we can split early for CA$10 within Canada. U.S. and International split shipments are charged at carrier rates.
Signatures, Attempts & Safe-Drop
- Signature is not required by default (you can request it before shipping—fees may apply).
- Most couriers make 1–3 delivery attempts and may hold at a pickup point for 5–7 days.
- Safe-drop can be requested before shipment.
Loss, Damage & Claims
- Missing but marked delivered: Check with neighbours or parcel lockers. If not found within 24–48 hours, contact us and we’ll investigate.
- Lost/Damaged in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days or an item arrives damaged, email us (with photos) within 7–15 days and we’ll resolve it with the carrier.

Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand your order to the carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
