Shipping
Our Wear-house is in Calgary, Alberta. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, and once on the way they typically arrive in 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. We charge a flat $10 rate across Canada and the US to help cover costs.
We ship internationally too, because we love showing off Canadian-made garments around the world. See shipping times.
Exchanges & Returns
To be eligible, items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This return policy applies to purchases made at locallaundry.ca. Purchases from retailers that carry Local Laundry follow that store's own return policy.
