Local Laundry operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Local Laundry is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand products to the carrier.

Local Laundry names, logos and related marks are trademarks of Local Laundry or its affiliates/licensors. Shopify marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Access to third-party tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. New features may be introduced as part of the Services and are also subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain materials and links to websites operated by third-parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating such content and are not liable for your access to or use of any third-party sites, products or services. Please review third-party policies before engaging in any transaction.

Local Laundry is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Local Laundry. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Local Laundry. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with Local Laundry.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Local Laundry, Shopify, and our/its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your use of the Services.

We will notify you of indemnifiable claims (provided that failure to promptly notify does not relieve you unless you are materially prejudiced). We may control the defense and settlement of such claims including choice of counsel at your expense—but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense.

If any provision is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remainder of the Terms remain in effect.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
