12 Days of Local Laundry Christmas Giveaway
Official Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Local Laundry, headquartered at 1212 34 Ave SE, Bay 130, Calgary, AB T2G 1V7, Canada.
2. Eligibility
• Open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Local Laundry and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.
3. Contest Period
• The contest runs from December 5, 2024, to December 20, 2024 (weekdays only).
• Entries submitted over the weekend will be included in the Monday prize draw.
4. How to Enter
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.
There are two ways to enter:
1. With Purchase: Each Giving Toque purchased from Local Laundry between December 5 and December 20 automatically counts as one entry into the daily prize draw and the grand prize draw.
2. Without Purchase: To enter without purchase, fill out the free entry form available at this link: Free Entry Form.
5. Entry Limit
• Each Giving Toque purchased counts as one entry.
• No purchase entries are limited to one per person per day.
6. Prizes
Daily Prizes (One Winner Per Day)
• Prizes will be announced daily on Local Laundry’s social media platforms and will include:
• Day 1: A Giving Toque for you and one donated in your name.
• Day 2: A $25 Local Laundry gift card.
• Day 3: A cozy bundle (toque, socks, and CDN gloves).
• Day 4: A premium Local Laundry shacket.
• Day 5: A $100 Local Laundry shopping spree.
• Day 6: A donation of 10 Giving Toques in your name to a shelter.
• Day 7: A $250 custom clothing credit.
• Day 8: An in-person tour of Local Laundry HQ with a free sweater.
• Day 9: A year’s worth of Giving Toques (12 total).
• Day 10: A $100 donation to a charity of your choice in your name.
• Day 11: A $500 Local Laundry wardrobe (sweatpants, socks, toque, t-shirt, sweater).
• Day 12: The Golden Ticket Prize: Unlimited Local Laundry orders for one year (up to $2,000 value).
Grand Prize
• The winner of the Golden Ticket Prize will be announced on December 20, 2024.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
• Daily winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM MT the day before each draw.
• Weekend entries will be included in Monday’s draw.
• Winners will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
• Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond, a new winner may be selected.
8. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each draw.
9. General Conditions
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Local Laundry reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and Local Laundry’s decisions, which are final.
10. Consent
• By entering, participants consent to their name being announced on Local Laundry’s social media and promotional materials if they win.
• By entering through the form or purchasing a Giving Toque, participants agree to receive marketing emails and newsletters from Local Laundry. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
Local Laundry is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• Technical or human errors that may occur during the entry process.
12. Privacy Policy
All personal information collected during this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
13. Disputes
This giveaway is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta.
