We require you order at least 100 garments (150 for toques) for custom orders. If you’re  ordering different styles or colours, the requirement is at least 50 of each style/colour.

Just shipping! Your garment costs include the costs of custom design, production, logistics and even a  basic marketing campaign, including email, blog, social media and podcast features. You only  pay for the costs of garments, shipping and taxes!

If you want to collaborate with our in-house designer or an artist we contract from the local community, we’ll require a $500, non-refundable deposit to cover their costs. The good news? Once your order goes into production, we’ll deduct the deposit from your final invoice.

That depends on you! Most custom clients select the garment cut and colour of their choice— but even those can be modified with the help of our manufacturers. There’s the design we print on the garments, plus you can opt to add a woven or leather patch with your branding, custom neck tags, hang tags—you name it, we’re here to help you create it.

Because we cut, sew, knit and print all of our garments from scratch, they take time. The design  phase takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your level of involvement, and production takes an  additional 4 to 6 weeks, plus 3 to 5 days for shipping. If you’re supplying your own design, we  can shave time off these estimates.

As you can probably guess, customized garments can’t be sold to anyone but you because  they’re designed and made for you! So, we don’t offer returns or exchanges, BUT if your garments arrive with any imperfections, we want to know so we can make it right.

If you haven’t gathered by now, we’re proudly Canadian, and we don’t want the artwork we  design for you to find a home on any garment that isn’t 100% Canadian-made, which is why we retain the rights to any designs we create together.
