A Note from austin

"Hi! I’m Austin Knibb, and I am a photographer and videographer based in Lethbridge, Alberta. I have always had a passion for being behind a camera and creating entertaining and captivating content. My interest in photography and film started as a hobby and has quickly evolved into an obsession! 

I have always been surrounded by creative people like my dad, who shared his passion for photography with me at a young age. I grew up in Rosebud, Alberta which is known for the arts, so it’s fitting that creativity is in my blood. It may come as a surprise that I decided to pursue a degree in management to become a businessman – I quickly realized that I could not ignore my passion. I decided to turn my focus back to photography and I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in New Media. I am now working as a full-time content creator and freelancer, so my start in business kind of came full circle.

My goal is to capture life’s golden moments and preserve not only the killer landscapes or events, but to capture the memories along the way. From the early morning drives, to sharing coffee and conversations with people along the way, an important part of photography is the journey it takes the photographer. Each photo means something; it’s not just the release of the shutter, but a moment captured that will be remembered for a lifetime. 

When I’m not behind a camera you can find me tearing up the Shuswap Lake on my wakeboard, skateboarding with friends or hanging out at a local coffee shop.
