Custom Gear - Haley Daniels - Tokyo 2020

One of our goals at Local Laundry for 2019 is to help out as many Canadian athletes as we can. We feel that our Team Canada athletes are some of the best Community Builders around at making a positive impact on those around them.

We believe that all Canadian athletes should be in Made In Canada clothing whenever they can. We want to help with this as much as possible.

Which is why we were so excited to partner with an amazing athlete like Haley Daniels and what she represents and stands for.

Haley Daniels is in the race of her life to navigate her way to the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games for the first time where due to gender inequality she and her fellow competitors had to advocate for equal opportunities at the Olympics. It’s the first time the sport has been officially open for women to compete in canoe slalom and thanks to Haley and the dedicated group who lobbied there is finally recognition and inclusion in Tokyo. 

Join Haley and friends on January 21, 2019 for an evening of mingling, munching, and music in Calgary’s trendiest microbrewery. 

We make a limited amount of Canadian Made collab shirts with her to help promote her upcoming annual fundraiser at Cold Garden on January 21st, 2019.
