MOQ: 50 units per style & colour. Most custom clothing projects start at $2,000+ CAD.
Lead time: Typically 3–5 weeks from approved artwork; allow 4–6 weeks in peak seasons. Rush options may be available.

Screen print, embroidery, woven/embroidered patches, and relabelling/brand tags (where applicable). We’ll recommend the best method for your art, fabric, and budget.
Varies by style; many garments run XS–5XL. We can provide size charts and blank size-sets for fit checks (deposit required, credited with order).
Artwork
File types, colour matching, proofs, and sampling.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) preferred. High-res PNG/SVG can work for certain methods. We’ll share digital proofs to confirm placements, sizes, and colours.
Yes — Pantone matching is available for screen print and embroidery. Share your PMS spot colours and we’ll proof before production.
Yes — blank size-sets (deposit required, credited on order) or paid decorated pre-production samples can be arranged.
Policies

- Deposit: 50% to start; balance due before pickup/shipping.
- Change requests: After proof approval may incur fees and extend timelines.
- Over/under runs: Industry tolerance ±5% may occur; invoiced accordingly.
- Rush & split shipments: Available where possible; quoted case-by-case.
By submitting artwork, you confirm you have rights to use it. We can’t produce trademarked content without permission.
Yes — we store setups for 12 months for easy reorders; minimal reset fees may apply after that.
